Top Ten Bed Bug Cities: 2021

Which cities have the dubious distinction of being home to the most bed bugs? We’ve reviewed the data on residential and commercial bed bug treatments performed in metro areas across the U.S. to rank the top 50 cities with the highest bed bug concentrations.

This year’s biggest upset: Chicago who jumped two spots to surpass Baltimore and Washington, DC, to secure the top spot as the number one city on Orkin’s Top 50 Bed Bug Cities list. Washington, DC fell back down two spots, while Baltimore stayed at the second spot for the second straight year.

We also have Youngstown, OH, South Bend, IN, Lexington, KY, Peoria, IL, and Minneapolis, MN, joining the list this year.
